6359 Citizenship Residency Type is required for the primary Borrower

SYMPTOM

An error occurs when you export a Point file to ULDD format and upload it to another system:

"Citizenship Residency Type is required for the primary Borrower."

CAUSE

The Borrower citizenship has not been selected in the Banker > Underwriting screen.

RESOLUTION

Enter the borrower citizen ship from the Underwriting screen

1. Open the Point file and from the menu bar, select Banker > Underwriting.
2. From the Borrower Type section, enter Y or N for the citizenship.
