      6372 If Loan Originator is "Correspondent", the Correspondent SFC must be provided error

      SYMPTOM

      The If Loan Originator is "Correspondent," the Correspondent SFC must be provided error occurs after exporting to ULDD and uploading to a third-party.


      CAUSE

      Feature Codes were not entered on the Shipping screen.


      RESOLUTION

      Enter the applicable Feature Codes for this loan.

      To enter feature codes:

      1. Select Banker > Shipping from the main menu.
      2. Scroll to the Investor Fields in the Uniform Loan Data Delivery section.
      3. Enter at least one Feature Code.
      4. Perform the ULDD export and upload again.
