      6381 Point freezes when e-mailing/printing custom forms

      SYMPTOM

      When printing or e-mailing a custom form, Point stops responding or freezes.

       

      CAUSE

      The Microsoft Office Live Add-On is installed and conflicting with Point

       

      RESOLUTION

      Uninstall Microsoft Office Live Add-on

      1. Go to the Control Panel.
      2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
      3. Select Microsoft Office Live Add-On...
      4. Click Remove.
      5. When the Microsoft Office Live Add-on has been successfully removed, restart the computer.
