6392 Windows could not print due to the current printer setup

SYMPTOM

When you try to e-mail or save a custom form, an error appears: "Windows could not print due to the current printer setup..."

CAUSE

The Office Plug-In is enabled in Norton Antivirus

RESOLUTION

Uncheck the Office Plug-In checkbox in Norton Antivirus

1. Close Point.
2. Open Norton Antivirus.
3. Click Options or Other.
4. Click Miscellaneous.
5. Open Point.
6. E-mail or save a custom form.
