Any of the below items may reveal the presence of a corrupt file(s) in the loan pipeline.
- Unable to save loan content
- Unable to open a loan file from any folder
- Unsuccessful rebuild list
- Rebuild list display error “unable to rebuild list” after counting to a certain loan count.
- Point freeze after rebuild list failure with no error displayed
- Capture screen shots of any error(s) displayed.
- Different versions of Point is being used in the environment
- Open Point Administrator and notate the location of the Point folder(s) either shared on a network drive or local on the Point machine.
- Borrower sub-folder size is greater than 1500 Files
- Prospect sub-folder size is greater than 1500 Files
- If either sub-folder size is greater than 1500 Files, the folder size will need to be reduced. Adding a new folder and copying some of the files to it.
Issue: Either the folder in use is corrupted or a file within the folder is corrupting Points ability to index.
Resolve:
Create a New Folder using the following steps: Knowledge Base 2706
