6643 Populate Liabilities is empty after requesting credit
SYMPTOM
The Populate Liabilities screen is empty after you use the Services function to request credit.
CAUSE
The credit agency is returned an error in their response or they are not returning any liabilities for Point to import.
RESOLUTION
Delete all files in the applications Work directory
6010 Deleting all files in the applications Work directory
If the issue persists, contact the credit agency because most likely they are not sending back any liabilities to actually import into the loan application.
