6658 System Slowness Addressed
It has been brought to our attention Adobe Acrobat Pro version is having an issue (Certain versions of Adobe Acrobat Pro are conflicting with Point causing slowness.) The following are steps that have proven to enhance performance. Please follow this resolve in order:
Resolve:
First: Open Task Manager and select Startup Apps. Right click the following Apps and select Disable.
- Acrobat Collaboration Synchronizer
- CCXProcess
- Creative Cloud
Second: If the first step does not resolve contact Adobe Technical Support at 800-915-9428 for assistance with uninstalling Adobe Acrobat Pro and reinstalling the latest version.
