      Code: 11.  Loan Assignment Error.  Message Code PLP0247.  You are requesting to release on a transaction that was not assigned to this counterparty.  Please confirm correct counterparty and resubmit the release request.

      The Casefile ID is not assigned to your company, and therefore you cannot perform actions, such as Release Loan, Resubmit to LPA, etc..  The company to which the loan is assigned must release the loan before the original owner of the casefile can do anything with it.
