CRIT0022 The ability to repay method type is required and must be 'Exempt' or 'General'

The QM is not completed from the Additional Loan Data screen.

1. Open the file in Point.

2. Navigate to eLoanFile > Additional Loan Data from the top menu.

3. Scroll to the QM section.

4. Select the appropriate option from the Ability to Repay dropdown.
