Resolve for Fannie Mae 3633:
- For Initial Escrow Payment At Closing, Escrow Item Type must be a valid enumeration.
1. Open Loan File in Point.
2. Navigate to Closing Costs Worksheet.
3. Scroll down to section G. INITIAL ESCROW PAYMENT AT CLOSING.
4. Look for a Escrow Item Type in the first Column that is not provided via the Dropdown list.
5. Chose a valid enumeration.
