      Description: Funds Source Type is required for FHA loans and when Down Payment Funds Type is a Gift or Grant.

      Description: When an ASSET that is a Gift or Grant is present, at least one Down Payment must be entered.

      Steps to take:

      1. Navigate to Services > Freddie Mac > Addendum.

      2. Scroll down to Types of Funds.

      3. For every fund type of Grant or Gift Funds select a source in the Sources of Funds dropdown.
