- A valid fee is required for the Paid By amount of '$0.00' paid to 'Payee' in the 'Integrated Disclosure Section’.
1. Open Loan File in Point.
2. Navigate to Closing Cost Worksheet.
3. Scroll down to the section mentioned in the error message.
4. Using the $ amount and Paid To indicator in the error message, chose a valid Fee Type item from the dropdown.
