The Escrow Indicator is required, provide the data as true or false.

1. Open the file in Point.

2. Select Forms > Truth-In-Lending (Reg Z) from the top menu.

3. Scroll to the Escrow Account Information section.

4. Check the appropriate box for either Will have an Escrow Account or Will not have an Escrow account.
