3122 Ability to Repay Exemption Reason Type Required

If the Ability to Repay Method Type equals Exempt, then the Ability to Repay Exemption Reason type is required and must be a valid enumeration.

1. Open the file in Point.

2. Select eLoanFile > Additional Loan Data from the top menu.

3. Scroll to the QM section and make a selection from the Ability to Repay Exemption dropdown.
