Symptom
The No loan programs were found. Please setup Loan Program Templates error occurred when the Loan Program button was clicked.
Causes
- User or user group does not have access to PointCentral template sets.
- Point does not contain any loan programs (Point users only).
Resolution
Set user or user group permissions to access PointCentral template sets
