6360 UCDP user not authenticated error

SYMPTOM

The User not authenticated error occurs when submitting UCDP data.

CAUSE

UCDP was unable to validate your login credentials. 

Note: Your UCDP login credentials are different from your Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac credentials.

RESOLUTION

Contact UCDP support at (800) 917-9291 to create or update your account.
