Point 11.5 Release

Point 11.5 is now available to download via MyCalyx.

In this release, we have updated several screens for the new Credit Score models.

Enhancements

Screen

  • Credit Report - Request Credit - Updated the Credit screen to include Unit Designator, Number, and added previous address mapping.
  • Credit Scores - Replaced the Credit Score fields with a JSON table for the following screens:
    • Borrower (eLoanFile)
    • Borrower Information
    • Credit Score Disclosure
    • Registration & Rate Lock
    • Warehouse & Purchase Advice
    • Closing Documents > Borrower
    • Underwriting
  • Notice of Action Taken - Updated the Copy Credit Score button to import from the new table from the Credit Score Disclosure screen.
  • HMDA Reporting – Updated credit score dropdown with new credit scores from new models.
  • Credit Scores - Updated the Credit Score popup in the Transmittal Summary, Combined Transmittal Summary, Combined Transmittal Summary – New, Debt Consolidation Worksheet to replace the old Credit Score screen to the new JSON table for the Borrower and Co-Borrower.
  • Import from Zip Mappings - Added Current Employer, State, Date, Previous Address County, and Age calculation.
  • Loan Application – Section 4 - Updated the enumeration list for source dropdown list and added two new fields via the 4d. Gifts and Grants
  • Freddie Mac Addendum - Added Property Data ID and Project Manager ID fields.
  • Anti-Steering Disclosure - Added the ability to export Anti-Steering scenarios for DocMagic.
  • Freddie Mac Loan Assignment - Added feature to hide if “Loans assigned to my company” has a first and last name entered.
  • Lender Loan Information Page 2 - Updated the Other Credits Table to allow the Delete option for Earnest Money from primary borrower only. Added the Tolerance cure for final CD credits in Lender Credits.
  • Government FHA/VA - Removed the shared Entitlement Code and Amount for the Borrower and cb1-5.
  • VA Certificate of Loan Disbursement - Moved fields from the retired VA 92900a to this form and added fields to match the printed form.

Print

  • W9 - Allows SSN to be put into separate spaces on W9.
