Point 11.6 Release Notes

Point 11.6 is now available to download via MyCalyx. In this release, we have updated several screens.

Enhancements
•    Forms>State Disclosures>Mortgage Disclosures (TX) – Updated screen to match form.

Screen
•    Marketing>Prequalification – Added Income and Liabilities section to the prequalification screen to sync with URLA and DTI calculation.
•    Utilities>Dropdown List – Added Loan Originator Phone number.
•    Eloanfile>Additional Loan Data – Added new field to the Mortgage Insurance section and updated the dropdown list for Premium Paid By and Premium Plan Type.
•    Banker>Closing Documents>Loan Program Information – Added new field to the Mortgage Insurance section and update the dropdown list for Premium Paid By and Premium Plan Type.
•    Banker>Recording – Added new Field to the Notary Information Section- Remote Online Notarization.
•    Banker>Shipping – Added new fields for Condominiums and Co-ops and updated several dropdown lists.
•    Banker>Shipping – Added UPB Amount to this section.  
•    Loan Application>Section 1e – Added Months Left field to Income from Other Sources.  When Alimony is selected this will ungray.
•    Fees Worksheet – Added the ability to create a Closing Cost Scenario by placing a button on the top right corner of the screen.

Updates
•    ULDD Mappings – Phase 5 Updates.
•    Template>Reports & Marketing>New>Output Options – Added option to include ID and      Parent ID in reports templates for exporting from Point viewer.
