  • You can also e-mail questions at any time.
  • Email your TRID related support questions to our team.
  • Phone support is available Monday through Friday (closed on Fridays from 3:00pm to 4:00pm Central for training) at 800.342.2599.
    Calyx support calls and emails are always free of charge for licensed users of non-retired versions.

To receive help instantly from any screen in Point, simply press F1 and a window appears containing the information you need to know about the screen or function you're using. There's no need to search for help topics–all relevant information is at your fingertips. And exploring the functionality of Point has never been faster or easier. When you press F1, you not only get help, but you also learn more about the functionality of the screen you're using.

   
Knowledge Base Support Messages
