From comprehensive guides that are easy to use and reference to a knowledgeable voice at the other end of the phone, Calyx Software offers a number of ways for you to get help with Point, PointCentral, and WebCaster. Calyx provides technical support via the web at www.calyxsupport.com. You can also e-mail questions at any time. Phone support is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to
7:00 p.m. Central Time (closed on Fridays from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. for training and closed on all federal holidays). All of these product support services are always free of charge for licensed users of non-retired versions.

Calyx Customer Support will continue offering free support to all customers with active accounts utilizing the most current versions of our software. In an effort to reduce hold times for our customers, beginning January 3, 2012 customers with non-current accounts will be asked to reactivate their account status to continue receiving free support.

The key to instant support is F1.

To receive help instantly from any screen in Point, simply press F1 and a window appears containing the information you need to know about the screen or function you're using.
