Customer Support Supervisor
The overriding goal of this position is to increase the level of customer satisfaction by ensuring technicians being supervised, are doing their jobs to the best of their abilities. This should be done by providing feedback to those technicians, for individual improvement. Responsibilities also include representing the company when discussing software capabilities with prospective clients, when technicians are unable to do so.
