The Calyx Wholesaler MarketPlace (CWM) enables Point, PointCentral, and Zenly users to connect with leading wholesale lenders via a single portal within their Calyx software. United Wholesale Mortgage, Caliber Home Loans, Freedom Mortgage, Plaza Home Mortgage, Sierra Pacific Mortgage, Flag Star, Rocket Pro, and Cardinal Financial Company are accepting loan submissions through the wholesale network.
With Calyx Wholesale MarketPlace, users can easily find the best programs for their customers and then connect with a participating lender directly from Point, PointCentral or Zenly to register and submit the loan they are working on. The loan data is then transferred automatically, without the user having to leave their origination system to export a FNMA 3.4 and upload it manually to the lender’s site.
