The virtual event will be held over three days on August 18th through August 20th.
Linkner’s live presentation – “Big Little Breakthroughs: How Small Everyday Innovations Drive Oversized Results” – will stream on Tuesday, August 18, from 11am - 12pm CT. It will explore the power of inventive thinking and creative problem solving in day-to-day situations. The keynote will provide attendees with fresh perspective, inspiration and practical tools that can be quickly and easily implemented at all levels to tackle tough challenges and seize bold opportunities.
Linkner is a nationally recognized entrepreneur, New York Times best-selling author, venture capitalist and start-up mentor. Currently, he is the Chairman and Co-Founder of Platypus Labs, an innovation, research, training and consulting firm. He has been named the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year twice and is the recipient of the United States Presidential Champion of Change Award. Linkner started his career as a jazz guitarist and then went on to become the founder and CEO of five technology companies. He has invested in and/or mentored more than 100 startups and is the Founding Partner of Detroit Venture Partners.
Calyx Vision 2020 will provide Calyx users with 20 unique, live training sessions with interactive Q&A. It will cover all primary Calyx products – Point®, PointCentral®, Path®, Zenly® and Zip®. The training sessions are designed to address frequently asked customer questions and show users how to get the most value from their software. Sessions will be available at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels to match all needs. In addition to training sessions, the conference will feature industry panels with leading wholesale lenders, discussing the current lending landscape; and GSE executives covering the upcoming URLA changes and how they will impact borrowers and mortgage-related businesses.
