The Loan Application – Continuation Sheet has fields for the Lender Case No, Agency Case No, Legal Entity Identifier (LEI), and Universal Loan Identifier (ULI) when applicable. There are also new text boxes for both the Borrower and Co-Borrower that can be completed.
